Job Description
Lead end-to-end service delivery across procurement and supply chain operations, managing a 30+ FTE team, and driving operational excellence across procurement, logistics, warehousing, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, mobile and fleet administration, and client governance.
- Lead and manage a global team of 50+ FTE including team leads and SMEs ensuring productivity, SLA adherence, and engagement.
- Own end-to-end service delivery across Direct and Indirect Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain operations.
- Drive governance through weekly/monthly reviews, KPI dashboards, and client reporting forums.
- Manage procurement lifecycle including sourcing, vendor selection, PO creation, GRN, invoice reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
- Oversee procurement of IT hardware, software, and network equipment ensuring cost, quality, and timelines of adherence.
- Lead supplier performance management including scorecards, contract compliance, and vendor risk mitigation.
- Drive demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP alignment with business stakeholders.
- Manage inventory optimization initiatives to reduce excess, improve turns, and optimize working capital.
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and material movement.
- Manage end-to-end logistics including inbound/outbound shipments, reverse logistics, and delivery performance.
- Oversee mobile asset lifecycle and internal fleet operations including procurement, allocation, billing, and vendor coordination.
- Drive SOA reconciliations, audit compliance.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos for operational insights and decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools, predictive analytics, and RPA to enhance productivity and automate processes.
- Ensure effective use of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud SCM modules for procurement and supply chain operations.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and digital transformation programs.
- Identify process gaps, implement automation, and standardize best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Sales, and Vendors.
- Handle client escalations, ensure timely resolution, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead team development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
