Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed market research on residential real estate projects across Ahmedabad.
- Collect and analyze competitor project information, including pricing, inventory, amenities, payment plans, offers, and sales strategies.
- Monitor current property rates, land prices, rental trends, and market demand in different locations.
- Visit project sites, builder offices, and local brokers to gather accurate market intelligence.
- Identify potential locations for future real estate developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, channel partners, consultants, and property agents.
- Study customer preferences, buying patterns, and investment trends.
- Track upcoming infrastructure developments, government projects, and zoning changes that may impact real estate values.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market research reports with actionable insights.
- Support management in project feasibility studies and strategic planning for new launches.
- Maintain a database of competitor projects, builders, and market updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate market research, business development, or sales.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to conduct field surveys and market visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare presentations and market reports.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to travel within Ahmedabad.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate should be a local resident of Ahmedabad.
- Existing network with builders, brokers, or channel partners will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of local market trends and upcoming development areas is preferred.
