Position: MIS & Billing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Billing Executive to manage daily billing activities, MIS reporting, operational reports, and financial data for the depot. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to prepare accurate reports within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily billing reports and submit billing invoices to the concerned authority on time.
- Generate and maintain daily final billing amount reports.
- Prepare Daily DOR (Daily Operating Report).
- Monitor and prepare all KM penalty reports.
- Prepare daily operations reports.
- Maintain daily fueling reports.
- Track and report daily off-road vehicle status.
- Prepare daily revenue reports.
- Generate daily STU reports.
- Prepare daily scheduled KM reports.
- Maintain daily petty cash reports.
- Generate daily MIS reports.
- Prepare daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
- Update and maintain daily dashboard reports.
- Prepare daily depot expense reports.
- Generate reports from MIS software related to vehicle kilometres.
- Prepare daily payment advice reports.
- Perform daily RTO verification and ensure compliance through the M-Parivahan and Transport Department portals.
- Coordinate with the operations, finance, and depot teams for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely submission of reports, and proper record maintenance.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, INDEX-MATCH, Data Validation).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Billing and invoice management.
- Good understanding of P&L and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of fleet operations and transport management is preferred.
- Familiarity with M-Parivahan and RTO portals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under strict timelines.
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Advanced MS Excel or MIS is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in MIS, billing, or reporting.
- Experience in the transport, fleet, logistics, or mobility industry is preferred.
