- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase sales of agrochemical products such as pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and plant growth regulators.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Expand market share and improve product penetration.
- Appoint and manage distributors and retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Resolve issues related to supply, pricing, and payments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from distributors and dealers.
- Ensure collections are received within the approved credit period.
- Maintain healthy debtor levels and reduce overdue accounts.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Agrochemical: 5 years (Preferred)
