We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with customers for purchase orders, payments, and pending quotations.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounts departments for timely order execution.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution.
- Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain proper documentation related to sales transactions.
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally or CRM software is preferred.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
