- Manpower Deployment: Assign and distribute daily delivery loads and specific geographic zones to the 150 delivery executives to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
- Attendance & Roster Management: Monitor daily attendance, track shift logs, and arrange standby partners to cover absent routes.
- Performance Tracking: Use tracking systems to audit delivery success rates, monitor return-to-origin (RTO) metrics, and track delays.
- Escalation Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve escalated customer complaints, delivery issues, or missing packages.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all partners adhere to traffic laws, wear proper uniforms/IDs, and follow company safety and operational policies.
- Reporting: Maintain and submit daily/weekly performance and attendance reports to higher management and Blue Dart officials.
