Job Description
Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of EVA sheets and backsheets used in solar panels. We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure product quality as per company standards, customer specifications, and industry norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Incoming raw material inspection (EVA resin, additives, films)
- In-process quality control during extrusion/lamination
- Monitoring thickness, width, GSM, gel content, adhesion & visual defects
- Finished product inspection of EVA sheets and backsheets
- Handling rejections, defect analysis & root cause analysis
- Preparing and maintaining inspection reports, quality records & checklists
- Raising NCRs and ensuring CAPA implementation
- Coordination with production & maintenance teams for quality improvement
- Supporting internal audits, customer audits & ISO documentation
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 / IEC standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or related degree
- 1–3 years of experience (Solar / Polymer industry preferred)
- Knowledge of polymer processing & quality inspection
- Basic understanding of extrusion/lamination processes
