What will you do?

Oversee supplier quality operations and verify that materials and components meet stringent quality standards

Drive problem resolution with suppliers using structured approaches to eliminate root causes

Track and act on supplier quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance

Proactively assess quality risks across similar parts and implement preventive measures
What are the key skills we are looking for?

Supplier Quality Management — intermediate level; ensuring purchased parts meet specifications and driving supplier performance

8D Problem Solving — intermediate level; leading root cause analysis and corrective action with suppliers

Auditing — intermediate level; conducting supplier assessments to verify compliance and capability

Analytical Thinking — intermediate level; interpreting quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Compliance Management — intermediate level; ensuring supplier adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements

Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; implementing process enhancements across the supplier base

Production Part Approval Process — intermediate level; validating supplier readiness for production launches
