Qualification
- B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Electrical or related discipline)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Experience
- B.E. Candidates: Experience not mandatory; suitable for candidates with relevant technical exposure.
- DME Candidates: 10 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Freshers are not preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day production activities within the manufacturing plant.
- Monitor production processes and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
- For factory operations role, travel to customer or branch locations as required.
Skills Required
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Good communication and team management skills.
