Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer / Sales Executive who will be responsible for primary and secondary sales, network expansion, channel development, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets through regular follow-ups and field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle primary and secondary sales activities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct garage visits and SEN registrations.
- Organize product demos and painter meets.
- Expand dealer and distributor network.
- Develop and strengthen existing sales channels.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Convert competitor mixing machine users to company products.
- Maintain regular market follow-ups and influence management activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Candidates from any sales background can apply.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
