We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Closer to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the USA, understanding their needs, and effectively closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential prospects in the US market. Conducting outbound calls to prospects. Building rapport with clients and effectively communicating the value of our services. Handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in our CRM. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US-based BPO, Lead Generation, or Sales is preferred. Work Setup: Must have your own reliable laptop/PC and a stable high-speed internet connection. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work in night shifts (US Time Zone).
