Job Description:
- Clearly understand the manpower needs of the Hospital in coordination with the HR Team.
- Understand the various sources of the recruitment with reference to the hospital and healthcare industry and maintain a rich database of talents.
- Submit appropriate reports to the management on the number of resumes collected per position, shortlisted and finalized per position.
- Stick on strictly to the manpower budgets that have been approved by the management.
- Plan and ensure capable human resources are available on time at all levels in the organization.
- Fully adhere to the recruitment policy of the organization.
- Clearly understand the cost per position and the costing per source for every recruitment process
- Stick on strictly to the lead times for every position as suggested by the policy.
- Understand the efficiency of recruitment by analyzing the retention of the recruited employee with in 3, 6 and 12 months.
- Review the shortlisted candidates CV’s and ensures that they meet the job specification.
- Participate in preliminary interviews and assess functional, behavioral and leadership capabilities of the candidates.
- Play a supportive role in implementing the HR Policies and procedures as established by the company and make everyone aware of the value of these processes.
- Recommending suitable candidates to the General Managers and to the management.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Post openings constantly in the job portals there by effectively utilizing the technology.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, understanding the needs of the company.
- Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Effectively follow the salary fitments such that correct salaries are fixed for joinees.
- Ensure appropriate reference checks and antecedent verifications where ever necessary. Ensure availability of suitable employees in right jobs on time. Monitor progress and trouble shoot where required.
- Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
- Also develop capabilities in the post recruitment activities, preparing and sending offer packages, arranging employee orientation programmes and also perform other special projects.
Minimum Experience 5 Years of Experience.
