About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand and client campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual experiences across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for social media, branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead the creative direction and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, brochures, presentations, banners, posters, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to execute campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
- Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and basic video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in branding, social media design, and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create compelling visual stories and campaign concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional design experience.
- Agency or digital marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
