Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Modular Interiors industry. The candidate should be highly skilled in sales, client acquisition, business development, and revenue generation, with the ability to build long-term relationships with architects, designers, builders, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for modular furniture and interior solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong network within the interiors, modular furniture, and construction industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Modular Interiors or Interior Solutions industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,172.89 per month
