We are seeking a creative and responsible Costume Designer to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and illustration skills, along with the ability to coordinate production, manage sales, and oversee inventory. The role requires translating design concepts into finished garments while ensuring smooth communication between customers, cutting masters, and tailors.
Key Responsibilities:
Create fashion illustrations and develop garment designs.
Explain patterns, measurements, and design details to cutting masters and tailors.
Coordinate cutting, stitching, and finishing processes.
Handle both online and in-store sales and customer interactions.
Assist customers with styling, measurements, and order requirements.
Maintain fabric, accessories, and finished garment stock records.
Monitor production quality and ensure timely completion of orders.
Manage custom orders, alterations, and daily boutique operations.
Required Skills:
