Wock Oliver is a leading company in the water and wastewater treatment industry. We design, supply, install, and commission complete treatment plants across municipalities, industry, and residential sectors.
This role is based at our new Bangalore office, which we are setting up now. You would be joining early and helping build the team, so expect a fast-moving environment where you help shape how things are done.
About the Role
This is a hands-on field role for someone who wants to be where the work happens, not behind a desk. You will get our treatment plants installed, commissioned, and running on site, travel out to project locations, keep an eye on fabrication back at the factory, and check supplier goods for quality before they ship. If you like practical, on-the-ground work and plenty of travel, this one is for you.
Key Responsibilities
On-site installation and commissioning
- Install, erect, and commission our treatment systems on site, across our range (packaged and conventional STP and ETP, MBBR, MBR, SBR, DAF, RO, UF, and more).
- Get your hands on the equipment: setup, mechanical and piping work, and start-up.
- Sort out practical problems on site and bring systems up to spec.
- Make regular site visits to check progress, quality, and workmanship.
Factory and supplier checks
- Keep an eye on fabrication and factory work so it is built right and on time.
- Inspect supplier products and materials for quality before they leave for site.
- Keep the factory, suppliers, and site crews pulling in the same direction.
Coordination and handover
- Lead the site teams and make sure work follows the drawings, specs, and safety rules.
- Log installation and commissioning progress.
- Hand systems over to clients in solid working order.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience installing, erecting, and commissioning water/wastewater, mechanical, or electrical systems.
- Familiarity with a spread of treatment technologies (packaged and conventional plants, MBBR, MBR, SBR, RO, UF).
- A practical problem-solver who is comfortable on site.
- Experience running site teams and/or factory and fabrication work.
- A good eye for quality when checking supplier and factory output.
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and specifications.
- Happy to travel a lot, to project sites, factories, and suppliers, including abroad when needed.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
