Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (4–10 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring objectives. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and interview panels.
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and employee referral programs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Sales, or Corporate roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent mapping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
