Job Summary
We are hiring to support offshore operations for a leading Australian sportswear brand. This is a data and logistics-focused role involving purchase order management, shipment tracking, inventory updates, and cross-team coordination. The role is based at our Mohali office and operates on Australian business hours.
Responsibilities
- Draft and raise purchase orders accurately and on time
- Update product data including costs, quantities, sizes, colours, and delivery dates
- Maintain variant and product master data across internal systems
- Track shipment ETAs and monitor inbound deliveries
- Review packing lists, invoices, and carton details for accuracy
- Prepare pre-advice documentation for third-party logistics (3PL) partners
- Maintain intake planner and flag potential delays proactively
- Update stock arrival and intake statuses as goods are received
- Flag inventory discrepancies early to prevent downstream issues
- Coordinate with Customer Service, E-Commerce, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Maintain shared tracking sheets and folders in an organised manner
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working a fixed early morning shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST)
- Interest in retail, fashion, or sportswear preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
