Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹10 LPA
PUSHP India Limited is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of retail fit-out and interior projects across India.
Mandatory Requirement:
We are looking for candidates only from the Vendor/Execution side with hands-on experience in Retail Fit-Outs & Interiors. Candidates from client-side or non-retail backgrounds will not be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A) Manage end-to-end execution of retail, commercial, and warehousing fit-out projects.
B) Coordinate project planning, execution, and timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
C) Handle material procurement, vendor coordination, and site management.
D) Read and interpret BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
E) Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
F) Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
G) Travel across India for project execution and site coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
A) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail Turnkey Fit-Outs & Interiors.
B) Strong expertise in Civil & Interior Works, MEP, HVAC, Fire Alarm System (FAS), and related services.
C) Proven experience in project execution, procurement, BOQ preparation, and drawing interpretation.
D) Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
E) Willingness to travel across India.
