About the Opportunity
INDSRO is looking for four enthusiastic Junior Research Scientists with a strong interest in advanced materials and nanotechnology. This position is ideal for early-career researchers who want to strengthen their laboratory, analytical and technical skills while working on applied research projects.
The selected candidates will work under the guidance of senior researchers and assist with nanomaterial synthesis, materials characterization, experimental data analysis and research documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and assist with nanomaterial synthesis.
- Conduct laboratory experiments according to established procedures.
- Support the testing and characterization of materials.
- Record experimental observations and maintain organised laboratory data.
- Analyse results and prepare data summaries, charts and technical notes.
- Assist with literature reviews and research documentation.
- Support the preparation of technical presentations and project updates.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, samples and records appropriately.
- Follow applicable laboratory safety and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers and other members of the project team.
Candidate Profile
- M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant research, laboratory or industrial experience.
- Practical understanding of nanomaterial synthesis and materials characterization.
- Ability to organise, analyse and present experimental data.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and safety practices.
- Good technical documentation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, curious and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a research environment.
