Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical analysis, testing, and quality control of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Perform laboratory experiments and maintain accurate records of test results.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Monitor production processes and provide technical support to manufacturing teams.
- Prepare and standardize chemical solutions and reagents.
- Investigate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Prepare test reports and documentation as required.
- Assist in product development, process improvement, and troubleshooting activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of chemical testing, analysis, and laboratory practices.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and report preparation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field.
- Relevant experience of 3 to 7 years in a Chemical Manufacturing Company preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, or manufacturing plants.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with production and quality teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
