Job Summary
Exxeella Education Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Immigration Counselor to assist clients interested in overseas immigration and settlement opportunities. The candidate will guide applicants through immigration procedures for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, Germany, and other destinations.
The role involves client counselling, documentation support, lead conversion, and end-to-end assistance throughout the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding immigration and PR opportunities
- Assess client profiles and eligibility for different visa categories
- Provide accurate information about immigration programs and procedures
- Guide clients in preparing and submitting required documents
- Handle end-to-end visa and immigration application processes
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams and immigration partners
- Ensure timely updates on immigration laws and policy changes
- Maintain client records and CRM data accurately
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in immigration counselling or overseas consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, and other immigration pathways
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and sales abilities
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PR, student visas, work permits, or visitor visas
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
