About the Role
General Analytic is looking for a detail-oriented Sr Business Operation Analyst to manage daily marketplace
operations and support product catalog, pricing, and sales performance across multiple online platforms.
The role requires strong Excel skills, marketplace knowledge, and the ability to manage product data,
inventory, and operational coordination with clients and vendors.
E-Commerce Operations
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller
Central, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings including titles, descriptions, images, specifications,
and attributes.
- Ensure accurate catalog management, product categorization, and listing optimization.
- Monitor and update product pricing based on competitor analysis and market trends.
- Track sales performance and marketplace metrics.
- Manage inventory updates, stock availability, and order flow across platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for product information, stock updates, and order status.
- Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, and product updates.
- Support promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies to improve sales performance.
Data & Operational Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to sales, pricing, and product performance.
- Analyze sales trends and product performance to improve marketplace operations.
- Use Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) for reporting.
- Maintain data accuracy across catalog, pricing sheets, and inventory records.
- Generate periodic reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate (any field).
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
- Strong communication skills for client and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
