Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and active ingredient markets through strategic outreach, industry networks, and digital platforms.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients, distributors, and contract manufacturing partners to expand the company’s customer base.
3. Product Promotion & Technical Coordination Promote the company’s nutraceutical ingredients, liposomal formulations, APIs, and specialty products by coordinating with the technical, R&D, and regulatory teams to address client requirements.
4. Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, quotation preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and emerging opportunities in nutraceutical and API markets.
6. Client Communication & Proposal Management Prepare and present technical proposals, product information, quotations, and commercial offers while ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
7. Trade Shows & Industry Events Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote products and generate new business leads.
8. Sales Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts using internal CRM or reporting tools.
9. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with production, logistics, quality assurance, and regulatory departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to clients.
10. Customer Support & Retention Address client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term business relationships.
