Experience: Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders and services
- Handle customer queries and provide proper support
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Ensure a positive customer experience

- Good verbal communication skills
