We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Finance Manager to manage the complete home loan and client financing process from enquiry to loan disbursement. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to ensure timely completion of documentation while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete home loan process from application to final loan disbursement.
- Guide clients through loan eligibility, documentation, and financing options.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of all required documents.
- Follow up with clients and financial institutions to avoid delays.
- Track loan application status and ensure commitments are met within timelines.
- Resolve client queries related to finance and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS of all loan applications and approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in home loans, mortgage, banking, NBFC, or real estate finance.
- Good understanding of home loan processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and execution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with high ownership and accountability.
- Go-getter attitude with a focus on timely closures and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Excel and documentation management.
Preferred Background
Experience with a real estate developer, housing finance company, bank, or loan processing agency will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
