We are seeking a WordPress Developer to design, build, and maintain websites for our diverse international clientele across real estate, healthcare, finance, wellness, business consulting, food, and legal. You will manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering high-performance websites that meet design, speed, and conversion standards.
This role is not for followers; we seek individuals who are thinkers and builders who contribute innovative ideas, assume ownership of their outcomes, and operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement features and functionalities for WordPress websites across multiple client accounts.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress builds using Elementor Pro.
- Develop and customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Conduct monthly website maintenance: updates, backups, performance audits, security.
- Implement client revisions accurately and on time.
- Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and on-page SEO.
- Bring new design ideas, UX improvements, and animations proactively.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing custom WordPress websites.
- Expert-level proficiency with Elementor Pro.
- Strong ability to convert Figma designs into responsive builds.
- Extensive knowledge of custom theme and plugin development, HTML, CSS, PHP.
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and quality-first mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English (B2+ level required).
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and self-direction.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HubSpot integrations (forms, tracking, CRM connectivity).
- Knowledge of hosting environments, cPanel, DNS, and SSL configuration.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience using AI tools in development workflows.
