Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to provide excellent support to customers by addressing their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM/system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department/team.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve assigned performance targets.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirement).
- Freshers can be considered; customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in customer support, BPO, call center, retail, or service industry is an advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service/customer support preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
