We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily back-office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
Track office expenses and maintain basic reports
Assist in handling emails, data entry, and coordination
Support internal teams with operational requirements
Ensure smooth workflow and office organization
Assist management in day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and responsible attitude
