About the Role:
We are looking for a experienced or fresher MEPC Technician to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in Reliance Retail stores. And ensure all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
Technical Manager Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate manpower deployment along with Supervisors to ensure optimum resource utilization.
✅ Oversee MEPC installations, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and safety standards.
✅ Manage and mentor engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site teams.
✅ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence.
✅ Oversee CM/PM activities through the RFM4U portal, monitor progress, and address operational concerns.
✅ Provide technical training and guidance to technicians and site teams.
✅ Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
✅ Establish and monitor incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and near-miss reporting systems, ensuring team compliance.
✅ Verify FM documents in the IFMS Corner Box for validity, compliance, and timely renewal.
✅ Ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance activities within scope, quality, budget, and safety requirements.
Requirement:
Btech Graduate,
2 to 3 years work experience
MEPC Electrician or Supervsior Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, inspection, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Diagnose and fix faults in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components to ensure optimal performance.
Install, repair, and maintain wiring, control panels, lighting, and electrical circuits.
Service and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, pumps, and motors.
Install and fix pipes, fixtures, drainage, and water supply systems to prevent leaks and blockages.
Follow safety guidelines, adhere to regulations, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical and Electronics
- Prior experience in Facility Management is an advantage
- Wireman Permit is an advantage
- Communication and organizational skills
