Job Summary
We are looking for a Student Counsellor to manage student enquiries and convert potential candidates into enrollments for our NCLEX and GCC Nursing Coaching programs, including DHA, Prometric, HAAD and other GCC licensing exam preparation courses.
The candidate will be responsible for following up with leads, explaining course details, maintaining student records, and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, batch timings and training benefits to prospective students.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and student information in the CRM system.
- Make outbound calls to generate and nurture potential leads.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable GCC nursing exam coaching programs.
- Coordinate with the academic/training team regarding batch schedules, classes and study materials.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status daily.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Handle student questions and provide support throughout the enrollment process.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions and pending leads.
- Maintain professional communication with students and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, telecalling, counselling, sales or education consultancy preferred.
- Experience in nursing education, overseas education, recruitment or healthcare sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills; Hindi/other languages will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
