Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Production
- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified time.
- Monitor machine-wise production, cycle time, output, rejection, and downtime.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation for production lines/machines.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and NPD teams for smooth production.
2. Injection Molding Process
- Monitor injection molding machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, speed, and cooling time.
- Ensure machines are operated according to approved process parameters and work instructions.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues such as short molding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, etc.
- Support mold changeover, trial, and process setting activities.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.
3. Quality & Rejection Control
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Control rejection, rework, and process losses.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for resolving quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring process problems.
4. Machine & Process Efficiency
- Monitor machine utilization and overall production efficiency.
- Reduce machine downtime and production losses.
- Identify opportunities for improving cycle time and productivity.
- Support preventive maintenance activities by coordinating with the Maintenance Team.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily production reports and machine-wise production records.
- Record rejection, downtime, manpower, and productivity data.
- Prepare shift/production reports and communicate issues to the Production Manager.
- Ensure production records and process documents are maintained properly.
Pay: ₹16,500.92 - ₹25,000.30 per month
