This integrated role minimizes downtime between tenants and maximizes property value through efficient, in-house expertise. Core Responsibilities
1. Property Management & Operations
- Tenant Relations:
- Financials: Oversee the property budget, operational expenses, and profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure the property meets local zoning laws, safety codes, and building regulations.
2. Civil & Structural Duties
- Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee routine structural maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Renovation Oversight: Manage contractors, architects, and engineers during major structural overhauls or additions.
- Inspections: Conduct regular assessments of the building envelope, foundation, roof, and plumbing/electrical systems to prevent costly damage.
3. Interior Design & Space Planning
- Aesthetic Upgrades: Conceptualize and execute interior design plans that maximize space, light, and modern appeal to attract high-value tenants.
- Procurement & Staging: Source materials, furniture, and decor, and stage units
- Custom Fit-outs:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
