Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and store presentation.
- Handle cash management, billing, and store reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in retail sales and store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations efficiently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
