Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Manage exit interviews, full & final settlements, and relieving formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Handle audits related to HR documentation and compliance.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Track employee skill enhancement programs.
HR Reporting
- Prepare HR MIS reports and recruitment dashboards.
- Analyze attrition, hiring metrics, and employee performance data.
- Present HR insights to management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS/ATS software is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- Experience in Recruitment & Staffing, IT Services, Manufacturing, or Corporate environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
