Safex Solutions is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to support business development activities across Bihar. The role involves meeting architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and developers to generate business opportunities
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects
- Promote construction materials, facade systems, and architectural building solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and site visits
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain sales records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales
- Experience in construction materials, building products, cement, paints, steel, facade systems, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities
- Willingness to travel across Bihar
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Existing relationships with architects, contractors, builders, or dealers will be an advantage
