Handling customer inquiries, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Handle inbound inquiries regarding real estate projects. Explain property features, pricing, offers, and payment plans. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives. Follow up regularly with prospective customers. Maintain customer records and update CRM/database. Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets. Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage. Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass. Freshers can apply. Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Real Estate preferred. Benefits
