Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dermatologist to support product development, clinical validation, consumer education, and dermatological expertise across our beauty and personal care brands. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with an interest in skincare innovation and consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dermatological expertise for skincare, haircare, and personal care product development.
- Review formulations for safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate active ingredients and recommend evidence-based product improvements.
- Design and oversee product testing, user trials, and clinical validation programs.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, marketing, and brand teams.
- Create educational content on skin health, hair health, and beauty science.
- Participate in product launches, webinars, expert sessions, and media interactions.
- Address customer concerns and provide expert guidance on product usage.
- Monitor industry trends, dermatological innovations, and emerging ingredients.
- Support claims substantiation and scientific communication for marketing materials.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy.
- Valid medical registration.
- 3+ years of clinical dermatology experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic dermatology and skincare science.
- Knowledge of ingredients, formulations, and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
