Job Description:
· Should have knowledge about Job portals.
· He/she should travel at times for job fairs to conduct recruitment drives
· Capable to build connections and network
· Flexible to adapt to new methods of recruitment as suggested by the Company
· Company criteria must be strictly followed while recruiting.
· End to End process of Recruitment has to be handled.
· Shortlisting, and arranging interviews with concerned department heads, collecting f
feedback,
· Exposed to document verification, background verification
· Once the offer is released to candidates follow up till DOJ, guiding in the onboarding
process.
· Visit colleges for placement drives and candidate sourcing
Qualification & Other Skills:
· MSW /MBA (HR)
· 2-5 years Experience
· Good Communication Skills
· Fluent in Tamil,English, Hindi (Preferred)
· Age below 30 years
· Work Location: Tiruppur Branch
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
