Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Requirements:
- Age: 30+ years
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or above
- Experience: 3-5 experience of managing an educational institute is required (Branch Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Head of Execution
- Oversee daily administrative operations
- Drive different departments & ensure Quality of Classes
- Drive sales and management teams to ensure Admissions
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth functioning
- Develop and implement operational policies
- Maintain compliance with organisational standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
