Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chinese & Tandoor Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing Chinese starters, gravies, fried rice, noodles, and tandoor dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, and hygiene standards. The chef will be responsible for menu execution, kitchen operations, and training junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook Chinese starters, gravies, fried rice, noodles, and other Indo-Chinese dishes.
* Prepare and cook tandoori items including tandoori chicken, kebabs, naan, roti, and other clay oven specialties.
* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
* Handle mise-en-place, marination, and daily food preparation.
* Operate wok stations and tandoor ovens efficiently and safely.
* Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness as per FSSAI standards.
* Monitor inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies.
* Minimize food wastage and control food costs.
* Train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
* Assist management in developing new menu items and recipes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
