Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory, material inward/outward, stock records, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Handle material inward and outward entries.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Receive, verify, store and issue materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Operations and Accounts teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, GRN/MRN and material issue records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure proper organization, safety and housekeeping of the store.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in Store/Inventory/Warehouse operations.
- Basic to good knowledge of Inventory Management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts will be preferred.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
