- Research & Publication: Conduct independent research, write grant proposals, and publish findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals. [1, 2]
- Student Mentoring: Guide students on academic projects, offer career counseling, and support industry placements. [1, 2]
- Evaluation & Assessment: Set exam papers, grade student performance, and maintain accurate academic records. [1]
- Institutional Service: Participate in departmental committees and assist with regulatory or accreditation processes like the PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) or NAAC. [1, 2]
