Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative + data-driven Influencer Marketing professional to drive brand awareness and growth for Dermalist, a skincare brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
Identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute influencer campaigns (paid + barter)
Coordinate with influencers for content briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns from outreach to posting
Content & Brand Alignment
Create clear briefs to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging
Review and approve influencer content before publishing
Ensure consistency in brand communication across collaborations
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
Reach out to influencers and negotiate deliverables and pricing
Maintain a database of influencers across categories and tiers
Build strong, ongoing relationships for repeat collaborations
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
Measure ROI and optimize campaigns based on data
Share reports and insights with the marketing team
Trends & Market Research
Stay updated with influencer trends and emerging creators
Identify new platforms and opportunities for brand growth
Monitor competitor influencer strategies
Coordination & Execution
Work closely with content, design, and performance marketing teams
Coordinate product dispatches and campaign timelines
Ensure timely execution of all influencer activities
Requirements:
· 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing
· Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem
· Experience in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
