We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Payments Domain) with strong expertise in Wire Transfers, ACH, FX transactions, and regulatory compliance to support enterprise payment platforms. The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring high-quality requirement definition, functional clarity, and end-to-end traceability across the payment lifecycle. The role emphasizes AI-enabled insights, data-driven validation, domain-led quality assurance, and strong testing and sign-off governance. Strong hands-on exposure to PEP+ (Mainframe-based), CNS (Consolidated Server), and Payment Exchange platforms is mandatory. • Strong domain expertise in: o Payment’s lifecycle, STP processing, reconciliation o Wire Transfers, ACH, FX • Knowledge of: o SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022 o AML, OFAC, KYC compliance • Experience with: o PEP+ Mainframe (batch processing, reconciliation flows) o CNS, Payment Exchange platforms • Strong capability in: o Requirement gathering & documentation o Data validation & reconciliation o Defect triage & issue resolution o Testing support and client sign-off coordination • Excellent stakeholder communication
