We are seeking a driven and technically minded Project Sales Executive to drive business growth within our project sales division. In this role, you will secure commercial, industrial, and architectural lighting projects by building strong relationships with key stakeholders—including architects, interior designers, MEP Electrical, consultants, contractors, and builders. You will manage the sales cycle from initial technical consulting and product specification through to final negotiation and handover.
1. Identify, approach, and build strong pipelines with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and contractors to get our products specified in upcoming projects.
2.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve set revenue targets.
3.Keep track of upcoming construction projects.
4.Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the lighting industry (LED, commercial, architectural, or industrial lighting).
5.Skills: Strong understanding of lighting concepts (lux levels, color temperatures, luminaire efficiency) and the ability to read basic layout drawings.
