Job Summary
Carlton Edu Trading Academy is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end Human Resource operations while supporting business growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage HR operations across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Process monthly payroll using HRMS and Microsoft Excel while managing attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Monitor sales team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Plan and organize employee training, motivation programs, recognition initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Partner with department heads to support manpower planning, employee development, and performance management across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, procurement, and day-to-day administrative operations.
- Prepare HR, payroll, MIS, recruitment, and performance reports for management review.
- Support management in organizational development, workforce planning, and continuous process improvement.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in HRMS and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, labour law compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
