Role Overview
Entry-level role responsible for supporting IT service management and security tools, ensuring smooth IT operations, ticket handling, and basic administration of ITSM and security platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ITSM tools Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, Zoho ITAM
- Handle ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and resolution coordination
- Assist in asset management and inventory tracking ITAM
- Monitor security tools Trend Micro Deep Security, Imperva DAM
- Perform basic configuration, user access management, and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic tool-related issues and escalate when required
- Maintain reports, logs, and documentation for IT operations
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes incident, request, asset management
- Familiarity with Zoho ManageEngine SDP and ITAM tools
- Awareness of endpointdatabase security tools like Trend Micro and Imperva DAM
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and ticketing workflows
