Responsibilities and Duties
Supervisors will be responsible to allocate work to technicians and ensure that assigned duties are completed on time.
They should know the local language. Willing to travel within the city and should have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs/internet tools
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yelachenahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pest control: 3 years (Preferred)
