Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. Freshers and immediate joiners are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be able to interact with customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide information about company services and offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving customer engagement and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Education:
- Plus Two, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners.
- Candidates residing near Kondotty and surrounding areas.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
